Facts
What does Linkhome Lending do with your personal information?
01
Why?
Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
02
What?
The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include your Social Security number and income, your employment information and account balances, and your credit history and credit scores.
When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.
03
How?
All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their customers’ personal information, the reasons Linkhome Lending chooses to share, and whether you can limit this sharing.

Online
This website
This part covers linkhomelendings.com: what the site itself collects, and what happens to it.
What you send us
The contact form asks for your name, phone number, email address, and a message. The online application asks about your plans and finances — what you want to do and when, where the property is and how you’ll use it, the price or value and your down payment, whether you or your spouse served in the military, a rough credit score, how you earn your income, and your income and monthly debts — and then how to reach you.
When you press submit, your answers are emailed to our office together with the time and your IP address. Until you submit, application answers stay in your browser; if you leave the page, nothing is sent.
Neither form pulls your credit, and neither asks for your Social Security number, date of birth, or account numbers. Please don’t type them into a message — email is not the right channel for them. If you go on to apply, your loan officer will collect the details a full application requires.
Cookies and tracking
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or session recording on this site. It saves one setting in your browser — the language you picked from the menu — so pages stay in that language as you move around. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.
Because we don’t track you across other websites, a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal has nothing to switch off here. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, which we don’t do in any case.
Other companies’ services
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, and some images load from other websites. To deliver those files, the provider receives your IP address and basic browser information, as with any web request. Our web host may also keep standard server logs — IP address, pages requested, time, and browser type — for security and troubleshooting. Links to Google, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook, and NMLS Consumer Access take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Other important information
Notice about credit reporting
We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.
Do Not Call policy
We do not make telemarketing calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry or a state do-not-call list unless the law allows it — for example, when you have asked us to contact you or have an existing business relationship with us. If you ask us not to call you with offers, we add your number to our internal do-not-call list and will not call it in future campaigns. To be added, call (800) 674-3666 or email info@linkhomelendings.com.
If you communicate with us by telephone, we may monitor or record the call.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. If we change how we share your information in a way that gives you new choices, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
California
California privacy notice
This notice applies to California residents and adds to the information above. It is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”). Terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning here.
Loan information is covered by other laws. Personal information we collect, process, or disclose under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the California Financial Information Privacy Act, or the Fair Credit Reporting Act — which includes most information connected with a mortgage application — is exempt from the CCPA rights described below. Those laws, and the notice at the top of this page, govern it instead. The CCPA rights apply to other personal information, such as some of what you send us through this website.

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information:

Where it comes from
From you; from credit bureaus; from employers and income- and asset-verification services; from appraisers, title and escrow companies, insurers, and real estate agents involved in your transaction; from public records; and from service providers that work for us.
Why we use it
To answer your questions and give you quotes; to take, process, underwrite, close, and service loans; to verify identity and prevent fraud; to meet legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations, including reporting to government agencies; to secure and improve our website and services; and to tell you about our own products and services.
We use sensitive personal information only to provide the services you ask for and for other purposes the CCPA permits — not to infer characteristics about you.
Who we disclose it to
For business purposes, we disclose the categories above to service providers and contractors (such as credit bureaus, verification services, appraisers, title and escrow companies, and technology providers); to investors and servicers that purchase or service your loan; and to government agencies and regulators when the law requires it.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done either in the past 12 months, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, and after that for as long as federal and state record-keeping laws and our licensing regulators require.
Your rights
- Right to know. Ask what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and whom we disclosed it to, and ask for a copy of the specific pieces of information.
- Right to delete. Ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions — for example, information the law requires us to keep.
- Right to correct. Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will update this notice and give you a way to opt out first.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We use it only for purposes the CCPA permits, so this right does not apply.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of these rights.
How to make a request
Call us toll-free at (800) 674-3666 or email info@linkhomelendings.com. Tell us what you are asking for, and give us enough information to verify that you are the person the information is about — usually your name and contact details, which we match against what we hold. For some requests we may ask for more. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days; if we need more time, up to another 45 days, we will tell you why. We use information you give us to verify a request only for that purpose.
Authorized agents. Someone you authorize may make a request for you. We will ask for your signed permission and may ask you to verify your own identity with us directly, unless the agent holds a power of attorney under the California Probate Code. A parent or guardian may make a request for a minor child.
Shine the Light. California Civil Code §1798.83 lets California residents ask which personal information a business shared with third parties for their direct marketing in the past year. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
Nevada
Notice to Nevada residents
We are providing this notice under Nevada law. If you prefer not to receive marketing calls from us, you may be placed on our internal do-not-call list by calling (800) 674-3666, emailing info@linkhomelendings.com, or writing to us at 17901 Von Karman Ave #450, Irvine, CA 92614.
For more information, you may also contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection, Office of the Nevada Attorney General: (702) 486-3132, toll-free (888) 434-9989, AgInfo@ag.nv.gov, ag.nv.gov.
We do not sell covered information as Nevada law defines it.
Other states
Residents of other states
Depending on where you live, state law may give you other privacy rights. Many state privacy laws exempt information covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, but not all of them, and not for every kind of information. Contact us and we will tell you what applies to you and honor the requests your state’s law gives you.
